Trunk Go Boom, LLC has a 14-day refund policy: customers can purchase the product, try it and if they are unsatisfied, they can return it within 14 days. Trunk Go Boom, LLC will offer either a refund or replacement. 

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidats.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your oder, we will contact you via email or telephone.
